Social Media Trippin’
I’ve been on social media for over 10 years and I’m a pretty savvy cookie, but I’m not savvy at everything. I must confess that writing is something I love but posting isn’t. You see, inevitably I miss a nuance, a streamlined efficiency, and I simply don’t have an innate desire to be on my computer or my phone any longer than I have to. So… despite my best efforts to kick the new year off pro-style, I managed to miss some “minor details” — like making sure that I had a link to my blog post available (where allowed) with at least a snippet of the content (that wasn’t cut off mid-stream) so you would have context and click through to read the full post.
I’m still trying to find a rhythm for posting as Change Your Action is my dream that I am taking daily action toward. I encourage you to do the same — the daily action part. Posting, well, if you must, but really, we should be outside not on social media :) = conundrum?
Fortunately, I have some pretty social-media-savvy friends who gently give me that smile that says (with love) “Girl, you’re on fire! But you forgot to…” Sometimes that comes with a slow head shake, but I know they love me. At some point, if I keep taking daily action toward sharing my heart and bits of my life-examples with you, I’ll step into a social-media knowing and rhythm.
You see, my jam is helping others. Listening. Finding ways to help them find their a-ha moments that are digestible and fun. I say digestible because we all tend to live our lives
